The creative partnership between Benjamin Holk Henriksen and Fredrik Lassenius started back in high school in the hardcore punk band ‘Baked Beans’. In 2005, after having studied and worked for a number of national and international companies, Astromax Entertainment was founded in a basement apartment on Østerbro, Copenhagen Denmark, as corporate name for the initiated project 'The Mind of a Leader'. Over a period of two years Fredrik and Benjamin interviewed 34 legendary leaders and marketing experts from different countries, cultures and trades. The result became the bestselling book, audiobooks and the film series The Mind of a Leader.
Our lectures and strategic marketing & communications campaign services are not defined by short-term trends gone the day after, but a result of our extensive timeless and universal research and the specific hands-on advice from 34 global leadership legends. Our work target leaders, future leaders, marketing managers and intellectuals in both private corporations, public sector organizations and academic institutions.

The Founders
Fredrik Lassenius (1972)
Fredrik Lassenius has an Academy Economist Degree in Marketing, and served as Coast Ranger in the Finnish Army. Fredrik has a strong marketing and communications background working many years in the Music Industry as Senior Product/Label Manager for EMI/Virgin Music with artists such as Rolling Stones, Janet Jackson, Lenny Kravitz, Moby, Depeche Mode etc; as Product Manager for Groupe Pernod Ricard and Scandinavian Marketing for Top-Toy. Fredrik also owns W77 Film, CPH/New York, and is co-owner of Holk & Lassenius and Astromax Entertainment.
Benjamin Holk Henriksen (1973)
Benjamin Holk Henriksen is co-owner of Holk & Lassenius. He holds a Master of Law from University of Copenhagen, an MBA from California State University and a Certificate in Directing from University of California, Los Angeles. Benjamin has been Head of Trade Department at The Danish Embassy in Singapore, Senior Trade Officer - Entertainment at Trade Commission of Denmark Los Angeles and Senior Director Creative, Music Denmark, Los Angeles. Before that he held the positions as Account Manager with the advertising agency Kunde & Co. and Sales manager with the Dutch fashion company Berghaus, and the German company Steilmann GmbH & Co. In 2004 he was elected Vice President of Delta Mu Delta National Honor Society in Business and in 2008 top 100 Business talents by Berlingske Nyhedsmagasin 2008.
